So I had a revelation about a week ago…
You see I have been lifting weights now for roughly 9 years and it just dawned on me that my arms are small as hell .
Not sure why it took me this long but hey call me naive or ignorant but I train my ass off and have nothing more then little t-rex arms to show for it.
This needed to change ASAP. Lately I have been really into aesthetics and I have taken on a more of a high volume bodybuilding approach to my training.
I gotta tell ya the results have been awesome.
I am not gonna go into the details of my complete Aesthetics based program but I will get right to the point and tell you how I gained 1″ of lean mass on my arms in 7 days.

Last Friday I set on a mission with my good friend Chris Barnard to design the most extreme kickass 1 week arm specialization workout that would not only add some mass but would aesthetically make my arms more appealing.
Let me give you the run down of what exactly this arm program consists of…
Day 1) Rhythm Day - I used lighter weight for extremely high reps focusing on forcing a lot of blood into the Bicep Brachialis Muscle. The Brachialis is the often overlooked muscle found between the bicep and tricep.
(After doing research I discovered that by focusing on growing the bicep Brachialis muscle it causes your triceps to separate therefore making your arm visually appear larger. You see it is often overlooked but one of the key concepts in Bodybuilding is actually the ability to create an illusion that your muscles are larger then they appear.)
I then shifted my attention to the long head of the tricep. You see this is usually a very underdeveloped muscle in most people and when given specific attention the arm looks bigger.
Once again achieving a visually larger muscle.
I gotta tell ya out of all the days in this program Day #1 was absolute murder. My arms are still screaming as I type this letter to you.
Day 2) Heavy Form - I learned of the heavy form method from Big Ben “Pakman” Pakulski. Ben is big believer in using heavy weight with perfect form due to heavy weights ability to fatigue a greater percentage of the muscle in less time.
Using heavy weights naturally has the benefit of stimulating “high thresh hold motor units”…
These motor units take a little extra stimulus to force your muscles to grow, but trust me…when they do grow after the heavy sessions look out…
Can we say Hypertrophy?
I also utilized a long lost variation of the curl that bodybuilding legend Vince Gironda said is the greatest bicep builder of all time.
Like day 1 we keep our focus on the muscles that will create the illusion that are arms are bigger then they actually are.
Day #3) Controlled Tempo - This day is based off some training principles that I have stolen from IFBB Pro Bodybuilder Branch Warren and the legendary strength coach Charles Poliquin.
I combined some explosive concentrics with specific tempo based high rep sets and to further the pump and create the illusion of significantly bigger muscles.

This workout is no joke. Your arms will be sore. I recommend you do nothing else throughout the week except train your arms.
Anymore then these 3 Arm workouts and your nervous system will be taxed to the point of over training.
I have also included the supplements I took throughout the week to help with your recovery and capitolize of the proper nutrient timing to ensure your arms grow.
Don’t stress though..
You can get all the supplements you need from WalMart. I am not about to tell you to go spend a fortune on some new scientific concoction that doesn’t work.
